Once, I tried perfect understanding, I started and stopped the listening data again and again, I mean I had to stop the voice data to listen clearly.
But it needed very long time.
So I'm quiet it and I decide to listen a essay once or twice, and I listen the word which I didn't know by dictionary.
Listening is important but it is also important to relax while you listen. Most of the time, it is probably better not to stop the audio too much.
